Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Measuring guide:
- Back length - Measure along the back from the base of the neck, to the base of the tail. Make sure you do not include the neck or measure past the beginning of the tail.
- Neck circumference - Measure around the circumference of the neck. Place the tape measure around the widest past of the neck and no not pull tight or hold loose.
- Chest circumference - Measure around the widest part of the chest. Placing the tape around the full chest circumference and allowing two fingers under the tape measure.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand! We all change our minds sometimes. If your product is a standard size and hasn't been processed yet, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible to cancel your order.
However, if your product is a custom order and has already entered production, we unfortunately won't be able to cancel the order.
Are your dog coats waterproof?
All of our coats are showerproof, with some being fully waterproof, and this will be clearly indicated in the product description. Our tweed coats are water-resistant and feature a high-quality, waterproof, and breathable fleece lining. Additionally, our wax coats and dachshund puffer collection are fully waterproof.Answer
How long is your lead time ?
We strive to deliver all orders within 7-14 working days, though processing times may vary during busy periods. For the most up-to-date information, please contact us or refer to the banner at the top of our website.
Will I receive updates for my order?
We do not send out updates on orders. All of our products are handmade, and this requires a great deal of dedication from our team. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is completed. Please check our current lead times for more details.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, although currently unable to send to EU. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do you accept returns/replacements for faulty products
We accept returns and exchanges on faulty products.
For standard-sized items, we offer both exchanges and refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on custom-made items, but please don't hesitate to contact us so we can help resolve any issues.
Customers MUST keep proof of return postage.
Will I pay import taxes?
We are a UK-based company, so if you're ordering to Europe, your items may be subject to tax and import fees. Please ensure you check these charges before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any additional fees that may apply when your items arrive through customs. If any import taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer again for redelivery.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for both international and UK return fees.
