We are happy to return any items due to quality issues, either offering a full refund or exchange on return of the original product.

We are happy to return any items with incorrect sizing on our part, either offering a full refund on return of the product, or exchange on return of the original product.

PLEASE NOTE MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY or WE MADE AN ERROR WITH SIZING.

Sadly, we are unable to return any product custom made which had been sized/measured incorrectly by the customer. We strongly advise you take care in getting accurate measurements and contact us if any help is needed.

Returns are  accepted for all standard sizing products, but must be returned in a re sellable condition and not worn.​

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting.
