The customer service Emma provided to me was brilliant. Had a bit of back and forth about a moving date and Emma was so helpful. Order arrived day before we moved and we opened the box in our new home to discover it was just what we wanted and even better, our dog loves it!

The bed is super soft and comfy and it has survived Louie's digging. It is warm and perfect for the winter.
The fabric is nice/soft but the quality of the insert is poor, not firm at all with no support so my dog might as well be sleeping on the floor.

Our little pup absolutely loves his new bed. The quality is amazing and it is sooooo soft and fluffy. We have had to wash it (new pup was so comfy, he did not wish to leave said comfort to use the toilet!) And it washed up lovely. Would definitely recommend.
